Established in 1999 by former CEO Tom Gillham who now runs Dimension Financial Services
Group and Home Loan On Line.DHL recently merged with Independent Bond Originators
(IBO) and Bond Excel to form Finbond Mortgage Origination (FMO).
He is an ex banker with over with over 30 years experience, which includes the Professional

CENTRALISED PROCESSING CENTRE
All bond applications are forwarded to the banks via the CPC. The bond applications
are captured on the system and sent electronically to the banks. The system is completely
electronic and paperless. This technology increases our efficiency in processing
applications. It allows for daily electronic reporting on all applications.
Dimension has positioned itself as an Industry leader in processing with its paperless
and fully electronic environment. DHL recently invested in a DIGINET electronic
network, backed up by ADSL.
The Banks regard the process as being state of the art. One of the critical factors
is that all applications are pre-screened and only qualified applications are submitted
